Ok, so I'm sitting here in my nice warm office and it's a whopping 28 degrees outside!! I've got 3 kids of my own and I know that they go a bit bananas being couped up inside. We all do. So what can you do to help your kids and yourself not go crazy??? How about a little exercise? I know- No one wants to think about exercise. But, it can help. I thought about making a list of all the different things you could do, but when I googled it I found a ton of sites to choose from and I couldn't just pick a few.
